We collect information you provide directly to us when registering a gym account, including owner name, phone number, email address, gym name, and payment setup details. We also process gym member details (names, phone numbers, membership tier, and check-in logs) on your behalf as a data processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following core business operations:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Kasratify platform services.
• To prepare WhatsApp messages (fee reminders, invoices and digital receipts) that the gym sends from its own WhatsApp or, only if the gym connects it, through the WhatsApp Business API, and to send SMS billing alerts.
• To process subscription payments and manage accounting modules.
• To provide customer support and troubleshoot application performance issues.

3. Data Security & Storage

We apply industry-standard security safeguards to protect your records. Gym tables are separated using strict Row-Level Security (RLS) configurations. All network traffic is encrypted via SSL/TLS. Your data is stored on secured cloud servers, and as the account owner you can download a full backup of your gym data at any time from your dashboard.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or trade your personal or business operational data to third parties. We only share data with essential service infrastructure providers (such as telecom SMS gateways, the WhatsApp Business API if a gym chooses to connect it, and local payment processors like Easypaisa or JazzCash) required to deliver your active modules.
